Barry Burdick

Since 2001, Mr. Burdick has served as an advisor to HighQuest Partners' strategy and mergers & acquisition engagements across several industries including healthcare and leasing/equipment finance.

Mr. Burdick's career has seen him in a variety of companies including: Medical Inter-Insurance Exchange ("MIIX") where he was Vice President of Diversified operations. In this position he was responsible for the creation and development of MIIX Financial Services ("MFS"). MFS was the banner under which Mr. Burdick created a group of companies to provide Physicians with the products and services needed to thrive in today's health care environment. These companies, formed through a combination of acquisition and organic development, included an equipment leasing company, a registered investment advisory Company, and a group purchasing organization. Mr. Burdick was also responsible for the development of Medical Advisors, Inc., MIIX's health care consulting group. Mr. Burdick was also a Senior Vice President for Advanta Leasing Services. As a member of the Leadership team he had responsibility for new strategy creation.

Mr. Burdick earned an MBA with a concentration in finance from Rutgers University in 1976 and a BA in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College.
