Mike Masterovsky

Mr. Masterovsky is Director of Client Engagements.  In this role, he will be responsible for the development and achievement of business goals, including oversight of operational aspects and branding and growth performance objectives for consulting and special events.

Prior to joining HighQuest Partners, Mr.  Masterovsky was the Director of Consulting Operations and Client Relations at SJH and Company, Inc., a strategic consulting firm to the global agribusiness industry acquired by HighQuest in 2010.

Having worked in virtually every sector of the global agribusiness industry, Mr. Masterovsky has over 15 years of experience helping senior-managers and C-level executives make sound strategic decisions that are right for their businesses.  He has successfully led hundreds of strategic business initiatives for a wide-range of global agricultural interests, from start-ups to financial institutions to major Fortune 1000 agribusiness companies. Michael’s areas of expertise are strategy development, strategic marketing and positioning, and M&A.

Mr. Masterovskhy holds a BS in Resource Economics from Michigan State University, where he also conducted graduate work in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Management Strategy through a joint program between the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management and the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
