Thomas Bartlett

Mr. Bartlett is the head of the Corporate Governance Practice and a Partner at HighQuest Partners. He has successfully led numerous compliance and corporate governance projects for major U.S. and multinational organizations. His professional focus is in the development of compliance and ethics policies and procedures, automation of compliance and supervisory processes and tools, public crisis and emergency planning, and training development and delivery. In addition to having an in-depth understanding of laws, regulations and best practices for the insurance and investment industry, Mr. Bartlett developed or contributed to several major companies’ compliance policy and ethics manuals.

Prior to joining HighQuest Partners, Mr. Bartlett accumulated 27 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. His held positions in regulatory compliance, risk management, and training for a major US-based insurance and financial services company, in both regional and corporate positions.

Mr. Bartlett received an MBA degree from LaSalle University and a BA degree from Drew University. He holds a Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI). Mr. Bartlett has also passed the uniform CPA examinations (but does not practice).
