Mr. Lantz is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of HighQuest Partners. In this role, Mr. Lantz works closely with HighQuest’s partners and managing directors to make sure the necessary resources are available and in place to support HighQuest’s day-to-businesses and long-term goals. He is primarily responsible for HighQuest’s planning and oversight of the firm’s operations, investment and financing activities.
Prior to joining HighQuest Partners, Mr. Lantz was involved with several successful business turnarounds and start-ups. Over the course of his career, he has raised over $700 million in capital from a variety of investor markets. He is a founder of one of the world’s leading manufacturers of free-foam PVC building materials.
Mr. Lantz is a 1986 graduate of Hobart College and in 1992 earned his Masters of Business Administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business, University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. Mr. Lantz enjoys working with children as an athletic coach and academic tutor.
