Job Description
HighQuest Partners is looking for management consultants with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-MBA work experience to assist our Global 500 clients. As a consultant, you will be expected to be an integral member of the consulting team by identifying critical issues and assisting in the formulation and implementation of client strategic initiatives. HighQuest Partners is a growing firm, thus consultants/managers are expected to participate in the firm’s growth and promotion with prospect organizations. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial in nature.
Job Qualifications
Ideal candidates are highly motivated and have spent time as a management consultant working across the full spectrum of strategy related services and tasks. Prior top-tier management consultancy experience (or equivalent) is preferred, but not required. Demonstrated advancement along the consulting career cycle is also preferred; from analyst, to consultant, to project manager, to engagement director and beyond. In addition, candidates should be familiar with issue and hypothesis driven analysis.
Candidates should possess very strong analytical and quantitative skills. Candidates are expected to be able to personally contribute to project deliverables through strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Lastly, candidates' ability to craft and maintain project plans, write proposals, analyze results, and document findings is a must. This position is based in the Northeast or Mid-West, travel will be required.
