Soy & Grain Trade Summit to Be Held Jointly With Leading Scientific Conference

Soyatech, LLC -- SOUTHWEST HARBOR, ME and URBANA, IL -- March 15, 2011 -- The sixth annual Soy & Grain Trade Summit (formerly Soya & Oilseed Summit/Global Soybean & Grain Transport) and leading scientific gathering International Soybean Processing and Utilization Conference (ISPUC) will be co-located in St. Louis, Missouri on October 31 - November 3, 2011, the organizers announced jointly today.

Since 1991, the International Soybean Processing and Utilization Conference has been a platform for scientists involved in soybean production, processing and utilization worldwide to share their research, exchange ideas and anticipate important industry trends. The conference program will include new findings in soybean quality for food uses; soy processing; the relationship between soy and health; and innovative, industrial uses for soybeans.

Complementary tours to local agribusiness facilities, which have been popular facets of recent Soyatech events, will be arranged in the St. Louis area. Additionally, a one day soy processing short course will be offered.
