NEW DELHI, INDIA, November 30, 2011 – The debut of Soy Innovation India, a conference designed to provide industry leaders in emerging economies with the tools to produce, process and utilize soybeans efficiently, as well as how to access both domestic and global markets, will be held at the Hyatt Regency here from Nov. 30 to Dec. 1.

This conference promises a view into strategic insights from international leaders in crop production, soyfoods, biofuels and animal feed. Experts will speak on strategies that can be deployed in a range of industrial and technical environments.
“This leadership conference will bring together the best global resources to address the challenges and solutions to efficiently utilizing soy, the world's most complete plant protein, in markets around the globe,” said Mark Dineen, President of Soyatech. “International agribusiness leaders gathered here have a unique opportunity to engage business executives and entrepreneurs in discussions about developing the next important markets for soybeans.”
Conference participants will be provided with a broad understanding of the world soybean market through sessions on developing the soy value chain, integrating soybean ingredients into regionally acceptable foods, and providing positioning strategies for small food manufacturers. Supply and demand discussions will explore options for efficient, high-quality soybean production in Southeast Asia and India, introducing new partnership opportunities.
Feed and food-focused tracks will examine what role soy plays in Indian diets and what potential exists for new uses of soy in food products, including soybean-based animal feed. Other sessions will explore opportunities in the latest soybean handling and processing technologies, including selecting the best beans for soyfoods, efficiently utilizing extrusion processes, and creating novel soy-based beverages.
From learning strategies to increase participation in the global meal and oil market to maximizing soybean yields, Soy Innovation India (www.soy-innovation.com) will prove to be an industry powerhouse of information.
