HighQuest Partners welcomes new director of client engagements (12.8.2011)

DANVERS, MASS, December 8, 2011 – Michael Masterovsky has joined the executive management team at HighQuest Partners as director of client engagements, effective immediately. 

In this position, Masterovsky will be responsible for the development and achievement of business goals, including oversight of operational aspects and branding and growth performance objectives for consulting and special events. In addition, Masterovsky is charged with the development of annual and multi-year budgets and business plans. He will report directly to HighQuest Partner’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Tripp Lantz.
 
“I see Mike as being the key contact for our business partners, working to ensure that all elements of their business plan are being engaged and addressed in the appropriate manner to yield the ultimate results,” said Lantz. “His vast experience in consulting operations and client relations are key to the successful attainment of these goals.”
 
Prior to joining HighQuest Partners, Masterovsky was director of consulting operations and client relations at SJH and Company, Inc., a strategic consulting firm to the global agribusiness industry acquired by HighQuest in 2010. His expertise lies in strategy development, strategic marketing and positioning, and mergers and acquisitions.
 
Masterovsky worked for over 15 years assisting senior managers and C-level executives in making sound strategic decisions geared towards their businesses. He also has led hundreds of strategic business initiatives for a wide-range of global agricultural interests from start-ups to financial institutions to major Fortune 1000 agribusiness companies.
 
Masterovsky holds a bachelor of science degree in Resource Economics from Michigan State University, where he also conducted graduate work in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness Management Strategy through a joint program between the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management and the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
